When you submit a listing or subscribe to the dispatch, we only collect the details you voluntarily provide. This typically includes your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and the specific business or community information you want published.

If you purchase a paid banner or sponsor spot, your payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not hold, see, or store your credit card information on our servers.

We use your data solely to operate this directory and community newsletter. Specifically, we use it to:

• Publish your approved listings on the website and in the weekly dispatch.
• Send you the Thursday email newsletter.
• Contact you if there is an issue with your submission or a question about your payment.

We absolutely do not sell your personal data. The contact information you explicitly include in a public listing will be visible to the public. Behind the scenes, we only share the bare minimum technical data with the trusted tools that keep this site running, such as our payment processor and our email delivery service.

Under Mexican law, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the use of your personal data. If you need to update a phone number, fix a typo in your listing, or want your information removed from our database completely, you are always in control.
