La Palapa del Sabor

Hello, my name is Cristina Madariaga. I am a professional pilot by career and now retired. I arrived in Todos Santos in 2016 and started working at the Rancho Pescadero restaurant.

After a few months, I felt the desire to create my own place and begin this new adventure. I called it La Palapa del Sabor. It has been a wonderful experience full of ups and downs. After a few location changes, I finally have my own space. Even though it is a bit away from the town's hustle and bustle, it is a true hidden gem in the mountains of Todos Santos.

My love for food and for my customers, who have become my family, has kept this small restaurant alive. Thank you to every customer, friend, and visitor who has supported this dream. More than a restaurant, La Palapa del Sabor is a piece of my story and my heart.
